this is a wonderful shot, i especially like the sky and the overall colour structure...the photo could have been taken 100 years ago, and cropping out the insanely busy Champs-Elysees was probably a good idea!

a good try, but i think that having the nose dead-centred in the shot reduces the impact of having the eyes on the thirds line. maybe cropping to place the critter's left eye on the leftmost vertical thirds line would have helped...
