Portrait of our pet ferret!

Would have preferred it if there wasn't a blue bit in the corner, and the depth of field was greater, as to focus it's nose a bit more, but I couldn't get it to stay calm again to take another photo ;).

a good try, but i think that having the nose dead-centred in the shot reduces the impact of having the eyes on the thirds line. maybe cropping to place the critter's left eye on the leftmost vertical thirds line would have helped...

Chute face - but it's centered. Not a 3rd rule

Haunting eyes, I would try moving them right onto the right hand vertical thirds line so they are at the intersection

the nose is right in the middle of the frame so its not really rule of thirds.

Doesn't look like a monster to me. It appears oversharpened on my monitor & slightly soft. While the eyes are on thirds, his nose is what grabs my attention.

I like him and the landscape view. face a little too central for thirds IMO although eyes are in right area sharp

Great capture. I wish it wasn't so much in the middle for a rule of thirds challenge.
