The shot is totally under-exposed, expecially considering that the shoes are supposed to be the subject. I like the framing, but can't forgive that I can't really see what I'm (I think) supposed to be looking at. The thick black frame serves as a slight distraction from this flaw, but can only save the image so much.

As the focus here, really, is the shoes, I think the shot should have been exposed by an extra half-stop (or so). Nonetheless, I really like it.

The footwear is hardly central to the shot, and (personally) I find the "technique" a little cheesey. (Also, I think a run through an "Unsharp Mask" might have helped bring this shot out, much more.)

This is a really bad "snapshot" picture. Absolutely nothing is in focus; the shot is totally killed by camera-shake; the shadows are under-exposed, while the highlights are utterly blown out (you ought to have exoposed for one or the other, or used a bit of fill lighting); and the subject, itself, is uninteresting. Sorry. Better luck in the future.
