"They grow up too fast"by CR_OPSOComment: Wow, this picture did better than I thought. This picture did better than my top pick for this challenge. Nice idea. Did you see the 1st place winner? That's the one I was referring to in my comment. I'm suprised it did that well too.
This is a great first challenge picture. Good luck on other challenges since you've set your bar so high. |

"They grow up too fast"by CR_OPSOComment: There's something I don't like about children's pictures. This is one of them. I feel like the child is being exploited. Don't get me wrong tho. Someone else did the same concept, but with a comical twist and I gave them top score.
Let me contradict myself now. Without the arm/pencil, it's a stunning picture of your child. I'm drawn to her eyes, but then there's this distracting hand in the way (which you need to meet the challenge). Maybe if she wasn't looking at me, but looking at the pencil instead?
I did give this picture a 4, but on review, I'll give it something higher like a 6. (I normally score 5s and 6s with only one 10 in the whole challenge).
Almost forgot to mention, I like the B&W converstion too.
Good luck. |

Summer Progressby NigelComment: This is my winner (I only pick one picture to give a 10 to). Most of the time, the B&W conversion with a spot of color is cheesy, but this picture does it well. I think it captures what summer progress is all about. I hope it does well and others agree this is the best. Good luck. |

Practice, Practice, Practiceby judojoeComment: Great picture. I usually don't like pictures with kids, but you've captured something more than a "Kid" shot. I also like the B&W conversion. Only thing I can say is the horizon is off. If you did that on purpose, please disregard. |

Milk For Me!by bnileshComment: Distracting background and poor lighting. Better luck next time. |

Centuries Apartby FirstyComment: Did you do the green cast on purpose? I don't like it (I'm certain my monitor is calibrated). |

Downward progressby BoltiComment: Woah. I barly noticed your subject (the people climbing down). I don't think others will see them too. Great concept, but could've been done better by focusing more on the climbers. |

Day to Dayby 3eyedcrowComment: Witty. I didn't get it the first time, but just noticed the Doris Day and Green Day. I hope others get the picture. This is more than just a IPod and Record. Nice out of the box thinking. |
