Keeping to theme is of course key, but having circle in the title is zero indication that it meets the theme. It will punish good photos with bad themes and reward blindly.

Nice composition, very geometric. Obviously the wire couldn't be avoided unfortunately. Cloud is nice addition but I feel like it looks too much like it was planned to be geometric like the rest of the picture, by almost wrapping itself around the rim. Everything else is so precise this would either need to be dead on or chaotic and not symmetrical to work best.

What's the exposure length on this? It's perfect for this category. A little longer would've been too whited out, a hair less would've looked good but not quite as dreamy.
