I love the colour in this shot, makes for a nice relaxing mood overall. I agree with nshapiro in that you should crop out the bottom, leaving the reeds, but eliminating the pool of water in the foreground. That would also put your horizon on the 1/3 line, giving a nice pleasing composition.

Great photo.

For me, its a toss up between this edit, and the third edit (the yellow/orange one). Followed closely by the fourth edit, and first edit.

Yeah... I think I had the same dilemma you had, I like all the edits. The photo overall has a nice grungy texture to it, which I really like.

I like your crop, and your editing in this photo. The crop gets rid of the distractions at the top, and the contrast you added give a nice texture to the water. This would also look really good in black and white IMO.

I like the edits you did, and it did bring out more detail in the building. I do notice a slight "halo" around the roof line, but only if I look hard for it, or when I compare it to the original. Nice photo :D

How many chucks could a wood chuck chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

Actually, its probably not a wood chuck :D

I like how the photo has a monochrome brown to it, it provides nice balance to the image overall.

I like how the softness in the horse to the left helps to isolate the filly. The shutter speed gives a nice mix of stopping the action, while still keeping some motion blur in the feet.

I like the colours in this edit the best. Your post processing is very convincing... had you not described what you did, I could have been convinced that the birds were in the original.

This is my favourite of your three edits. I found the pink vignette to be a little much, and prefer this crop over the other edit.

To be honest, I am a little mixed about the photo. On the one hand, I like the 1800's jungle feel to the photo, reminiscent of old safaris. On the other hand, I like the original, and all the greenery in the photo. I guess its not a bad thing if I can find reason to like both :D
