This is nice. A touch underexposed, perhaps, but that may have been an artistic choice? I wonder what this would look like in B&W? The "spots" on the bottom right black area are distractions.

Heh. Nice title. Looks to me like he(she?) has plenty of texture. Not that I'd want to pet him to test. Maybe a touch more DOF would give more clarity to the head and tail areas?

Very pretty. I see this as having a lot more impact as a B&W. Clarity & focus is good. A touch overexposed on the cloud, but nothing horrible. I think the most immediate detraction is probably the green cast. Once again, B&W would solve that and, IMO, give the photo more impact.

Very interesting. I realize that shadows don't really count as texture, but the illusion of texture is there. I think this picture would be nearly perfect with a couple minor tweaks: crop the right and left sides in a bit to get rid fo the line in the top right corner (but retain symmetry), and desaturate with levels adjustment to boost the shadows.
