Love the concept, and it certainly evokes darkness. I wish the fabric underneath the cap wasn't there or wasn't as noticable. Perhaps slighly overexposed on the cap?

Well done. Somehow not exactly scary enough for me ... maybe side lighting that wasn't as consistent across the hand would have been more impressive. Nonetheless, well thought out & well executed.

I really appreciate the concept here, and love the composition. I think the amount of space that you gave to the ocean and the sky are perfect. However, I think the lighting or the post-processing on the ocean were a little off - perhaps I'm wrong & the lights on the beach were just too strong to give a more subtle glow rather than a harsher light. I do wish it were a softer contrast, because this could have been very beautiful.
