Good angle, like the motion blur. In a challenge with some top class pics I rate yours as a good second class pic.
I may of course be totally wrong, hope I am. I'm simply an old man of little experience and even less knowledge who needs to waste his time doing stupid things like vote on pics giving them poor ratings when someone has put their heart into producing this great masterpiece ................

The title is a mismatch with the pic for me. I would have expected more movement in the water for full pelt. Like the blue cast, not so happy with focus / sharpening
