Beautiful picture, a very nice atmospere and the B&W is perfection, but...and there's always a but...this doesn't seem abandoned to me, especially with the charming polkadot curtains...I know a few people who live in houses much like what is depicted here. To me this appears more charming and inviting rather than abandoned.

One of the better pictures thus far, the people aren't at all distracting, they only add to the "feeling" of this photo...a feeling of resignation perhaps? Or maybe acceptance? This is nice because it makes me wonder.
