Nice look in the eyes and face. Maybe tilt your chin up and a little to the right (left side of the frame) so get better diversity in the lighting on the left side of your face as well.

	Multi-Tasking in the Office by LanceW Comment: I like the composition. I bet you laughed the entire time through taking it and editing it. A bit of burn out on the face but it isnt all that bad. Hand position is a little distracting but doesnt hurt it too much.

	I can still smell the flowers by bragur Comment: Nice shot - it is very striking. Too bad the shoulder of the person is grainy as well as the background. Just having the background grainy and the entire person in the foreground more sharp would be better in my opinion.

I think it may be cropped in a little to tight as I would have liked to see the hair not cut off. Cool look in the eyes though... it really draws attention.
