I love this picture, would give it a 9 but I can't make out how this fits the challenge. The subjects are the skyline and clouds, neither of which frame the other, IMO. There does not seem to be any other subject, and the only thing I see that could be construed as a frame is the border that's been added. I do love the texture in the clouds, and the color gives it a very moody, 'heavy', foreboding feel. Sigh. 7 for this one.

The purply red just doesn't work for me. I would have preferred less intense, more natural colors. I like the clarity on the silhouettes.

This is a totally way cool photo! I love the clarity of the reflection, and I love the uniqueness of using something as common as asphalt to provide such a wonderful frame. This pic makes me feel like I'm out on the road, travelling the country. Great shot!

Interesting. Am assuming this is not a put-up job. ;)
I love the colors here - feels very fresh and spring-like. The people in the background seem like intruders into the picture. Would have liked to see a bit more of the hillside in the background, especially if you could have gotten the crest of the hill in the pic. As it stands now, there's just enough horizon to make me feel a bit tilted. Alternatively, a tighter crop with the little bit of sky removed would also work, IMHO.

Really cool shot, but the crop is a little tight for me - the bottome edge of the circle is barely cut off, but it's enough to stick out & annoy.
