The sepia tone fits the age of the structure, but with that gorgeous cloud-filled sky and the green pasture in the background, I almost wish it was in color.

I see some compression problems, camera shake (was it windy?) and what is that splotch to the left of the peak of the roof. Also, this looks more like new construction rather than an abandoned building.

I'm a sucker for shots like these. Nice job. The house alone is spooky. You did a great job with the "ghost." The graininess of the sky is to be expected with a long exposure, but it sure made those starts pop out.

I don't care for the lighting, and it seems slightly out of focus. But what totally is amazing is it almost looks like there is a skeleton in the grains of the tree trunk. That alone is fantastic.

Sorry, this seems more like a snapshot with the emphasis on the people and not on the building. I would have gotten closer to the building and if you absolutely had to have a person in for perspective, you might have limited it to one.
