Face of furyby PatrolComment: Too posed & too close... (In my humble opinion.) I like the subject & subject matter, it's just not presented as effectively as it could be - i.e., if it were taken more candidly. (6) |

Worrying Skiesby MatthewComment: Too posed... There's obviously something behind the eyes, but it appears so posed, that the emotion/mood is lost. (6) |

Eternal Contemplationby shareinncComment: The black dots on the statue are distracting... It's a nice photo of a statue, but it doesn't really convey purety or holiness or motherly love because of the black dots. (6) |

Dreamyby ergatesComment: I want to see the model's mouth... The eyes are wonderfully expressive, but there is a white line (perhaps hair?) over the right eye and I think adding more of the pic would bring more emotion to the shot. (6) |

Contentedby JewellianComment: WHAT IS THAT??? LOL I have to give you points for originality and composition. It's well photographed and uses shadows well. But, what the **** is that? LOL (It reminds me of the old SNL comedy sketch with Steve Martin...) (7) |

Irritation — No-Shoot Zoneby Bear_MusicComment: I think I know what you were going for, but it just doesn't work (in my humble opinion). The added effects of graininess to apparently preserve anonymity are too contrived. Don't get me wrong, I like the finger gesture and the fact that the model covered his/her face, but it lost its appeal due to the added effects. Sorry (4). |

Quiescent Crescentby OlyuziComment: Stunningly beautiful use of the water reflection. Nice work! I feel the mood that this piece represents - despite the fact that no "faces" are present. (9) |
