3 Applesby banmornComment: I love the lighting on the top apple. I don't care for the cropping on the bottom two. The center portion of the bottom two seem to lose focus in the blackness. |

The Glorious Fruitby chrisfoltsComment: Apple is just too dark to make it out clearly. Light is too bright making the rest hard to distinguish. |

Breakfast of Championsby totaldisComment: I think this was an interesting approach to the apple challenge. It's a pity the apple is "torn" on the right hand side. Shot would have been better without it. Nice color! |

False Convergenceby grandmarginalComment: This is really an awesome photo. I think it was misjudged in the voting by many. The two triangles that make up this photo are so "in your face" that you blow right past them looking for something less obvious. I know that I missed it during voting. The triangle I found was the one formed by the water. "Yeah, OK, its a triangle"...I read the title "False Convergence" and started looking deeper into the center of the photo for a triangle. "OK, I vaguely see another where the points come together in the center." It is not until now that I see the brilliance of this photo. The two halves of the photo forming distinctly different contrasts and colors. I am truly sorry that I missed it in voting or you would have gotten a much better score from me. I think art sometimes requires time for it to "soak in". Even as I go back to look at it while writing this I am seeing more. The building top at the upper left forming another contrasting triangle. Superb work! |

Ferruginous Hawk by riotComment: Love the crisp focus on this shot. The falcon is staring at you as if you had it's dinner perched on your lens. Colors are wonderful. One of my top 5! |

Relicby graphicfunkComment: Excellent capture for the Triangle challenge. The "sepiatone"? dramaticizes the feel of "Relic" to me. I can feel the rust in this photo. In my top 5. |

Triangle of funby ilwilComment: Although the photograph does contain a triangle, it doesn't jump out at me as a key element. I can't tell what the "frame"? is around the photograph, but it is very distracting. It almost looks like an empty slide frame held in front of the lens while shooting. The background is a bit overexposed. |
