the sailboatby visaksenComment: To me the bench is more the subject of this photo than the sailboat because it is the main thing that grabs my attention. I didn’t even notice the sailboat at first until I had read the title and started looking for it. |

Radarby ceyvalComment: This is an interesting picture but my attention is really divided between the tower and the structure to the left of it. |

Parking Lotby dahvedComment: To be completely honest when I look at this picture it reminds me of something that I might have accidentally taken by bumping the shutter button while carrying the camera around. There doesn’t seem to be anything interesting anywhere in the frame and certainly nothing to keep me looking at it for more than a couple of seconds. Maybe it would have been better to only have one treetop or light pole as the subject. For me neither one would have been a strong subject but at least my attention wouldn’t be divided between six of them. |

at a snails paceby Jamie2772Comment: The first thing that catches my attention in this photo is the orange object at the bottom left corner. I don’t notice the snail until after I have looked at it for a few seconds and even then it isn’t terribly well defined. For me the subject needs to be brighter and the background needs to be darker. The composition also makes me a bit uneasy while viewing this photo. It might have been better if the snail was traveling into the frame instead of out of it. |

Shot Gun Smoke Ringby sofapComment: I really like the shapes of the smoke wisps and the colors in this photo. Very nice work. |

Photographers Shadowby Prime_TimeComment: There isn’t really anything in this picture to keep me looking for more than a couple of seconds. Unfortunately the subject isn't very strong and I would have not noticed it without the title. For me there is no real center of interest in this photo and that is the main thing that is keeping it from being a great photo. |

Three Peasby dsa157Comment: This is a very neat picture. The composition is very clean but I think it might be stronger with a tad more contrast and more saturation on the peas. Great work. |

Buddingby prbettsComment: The first thing that I notice when I look at this picture are the bright branches at the top of the branch and in the background. Unfortunately they distract me strongly from the buds which I think are the subject of the photo. The brightly lit bud in the back of the branch is also a bit distracting. This picture might have been better with a tighter composition and more balanced lighting. |

Full Moon and a New Pope.by docpjvComment: Interesting photo. I really wish that the cross had the bottom part on it also. This is the sort of picture that I expect to have some message to it though I am not clever enough to figure out what it is. I think it fits the challenge very well and I wouldn’t change anything about it. |
