A Bleak Afternoonby BrianRComment: bleak is right - this would be more effective with vibrant colors (but who can alter the weather?). Effective use of the leading lines concept. 6 |

Ibanezby crazyassbassguyComment: There were a lot of guitar entries in this challenge - this was my favorite. The shadowing underneath the guitar is a little distracting though.
Curious - did you also try this shot with the focal point out near the nut? I don't know if it would have been more or less effective. Again, just curious. |

The Toy Storeby shutterphunkComment: Very effective! One of my favorites. I wish the boy was more in focus though - looking at the window, it would appear that the focal point is about half-way down the window. |

Sundial Bridgeby RikkiComment: easily my favorite from this challenge. The spotlighting is interesting. Is this an affect you applied or natural? I would love to see a full view of this to see how this component fits into an entire bridge. 8. |

Serenityby sheapodComment: I keep coming back to look at this one. I really like it. Something about the vivid white of the trees against the dark sky and water. I have to admit, though, that I keep struggling to pick up on the "leading lines" aspect of it.
It is one of my favorites from this challenge, even if I'm having trouble making it 'fit'. well done. |

Sharpby srdanzComment: Nice concept. The hand is a bit out of focus, which I find distracting. |

HUH ?by Jeff OComment: I just want to know what you were doing to make him look at you like that ;)
What a great expression. Sharp focus, and nice bokeh. A winner! |
