Great background color with cat's eyes. The image could be more without the sharp, horizontal shadow in the right. The cat's eyes are almost unreal looking. The image is an attention grabber.

Wow, this is one of the reasons I like DP Challenge - an opportunity to see what I otherwise could not.
The magnitude of the waves and the wall are obvious with the people and lightpole as perspective. The stormy colors feel stormy (rather than a WB problem) with the yellow stripe on the left-most persons clothing. The placement of people and light pole is interesting, but I'm wondering if the photo would be stronger without the water at the bottom.

I like it, bold and showing wind. But something in me, perhaps the American, is a bit unsettled by the orientation. (I think I'd like it more with mirror-image or flip processing.)
