Levels/Channel RGB/Input 20, 1.00, 215
Curves: Drag slightly downward to right
Channel Mixer: (Check Monochrome box for Gray channel then mix) R+56, G+32, B+14
For Vignette: use elliptical marquee tool, Select/Inverse, New Adj. Layer/Levels, Output 0,6
5 minutes, tops.
