Something about it seems over the top. Not sure. I can see your definite backlighting, but it seems like too much light. Maybe adjusting to half or even quarter power (that is if you used strobes) would have given this a nicer less harsh light. Just my thoughts.

I don't know, this one looks like it has too much processing. I like the gray hair showing to show age, but it looks too smooth, too polished. Looks more like a painting.
