StormyWeathersby ZoomdakComment: The grain, the dullness in contrast, the angle - it's the definition of the beach in Oregon at night. I can feel the dreariness and damp cold. This was probably the most creative shot in this challenge, in my opinion. Nice work. |

puzzledby nlghttrainComment: Congratulations on your highest score yet and thanks for choosing my username for the challenge! I agree with one of the commenters below that the puzzle pieces look like they're floating (not 2D), thanks to the background. It's really nice. WTG! |

A Father's Loveby AutumnCatComment: Ha! This is so filled with warmth. Their laughter is coming right out of your beautiful image into the room where I'm viewing it. Great job and thanks for the smile! |

Tired_010428_web.jpgby elee3009Comment: I just have to comment on pekesty's comment below. I agree that it's a great shot, but I disagree with the right side crop suggestion. I think it would be more intimate with some of the space above her head cropped out, but the little daisy clump on the right really make this photo for me.
For what it's worth :-) |

explosiveby visaksenComment: Nice balance in the composition - beatiful balance, actually, but the image itself doesn't hold a lot of interest for me. Maybe if it were more contrasty or if I could see the structure in the window - I don't know, just typing ideas off the top of my head. |

Stark Industryby wavelengthComment: Powerful! One petty nitpick is the big thing in the upper left of the frame, but I can see that it would've been tough to get this angle and still manage to get that thing out of the frame. |

Antiquated Industryby Shan2112Comment: Beautiful post processing with the duotone (and nice composition from the beginning). Not sure if this is the case or not, but it looks a little neat-imaged. I'd like to see a tiny bit of grit, but maybe that's not what you were going for here. |

Guiding Lightby ArtanComment: I can't figure out what that is in the sky - must be the moon, a plane, or a star, but it doesn't look like any of those to me. Good sky otherwise - love the rich blue as well as the placement of the tower in the frame with the smoke to the left. The light in the lower right is pretty distracting. |
