The Power to Change the Worldby gpiersonComment: An interesting idea. I love globes so I am drawn to this entry. I think lighting could be more even but then again the dark shadows provide a little more drama. |

Uprisingby instepsComment: My first reaction is that this is really about someone else's creativity and artwork rather than your own. That said the viewpoint you have chosen makes for a very striking composition and the subtly toned black and white is also very flattering. |

Strength in Prayerby xcharrierComment: Focus is soft or there is motion blur - not sure which.
I am not a religious person so this image doesn't connect with me on an emotional level as strongly as it might with others.
I do think the backlighting is an excellent choice and composition is also strong. |

Ground Workby crabappl3Comment: What a creative and unusual interpretation! I like it. Wonderful textures and the shapes of the chevron are very striking. |

Generationsby ZoomdakComment: I love the angle and also the circle of light falling on the backrdrop. There is some wonderful texture in the backdrop too that is blurred out just perfectly because of the DOF. Great composition too. |

Soul Matesby PedroComment: Beautiful subject matter and I like the colour on the ground. I wonder if portrait orientation would work better for this one? |

A bit of fluffby GordonComment: Nicely composed and nice shallow DOF. Background itself lacks punch in terms of colour or saturation of colour. |

Misty Morning by librodoComment: Beautiful choice of subject matter and the morning mist just compliments it perfectly. Composition doesn't work so well for me - because the two boats are not symmetrical anyway I think it would be better to have them as a whole centred within the watery background. Alternatively the extra space would work better for me above and to the right of the boats - perhaps because of the direction of the body of that man with his pole? Still one of my favourites in this challenge. |
