| High-impact shot, but too obviously manipulated in Photoshop for my taste. The dodging/burning on the brown near the trees has worked well, but it's the blue haze around the trees that doesn't work for me. Nice composition. |

| Blue and gold are gorgeous, Nice composition. Due to the relative size difference in the trees, I feel the title should be more like "mother and daughter" rather than "soul mates" - the closet treeis very dominant. I think the thin blue border line detracts for me. |
