The Golden Gate Bridgeby blancericComment: This is really very nice, but I feel like you've thrown the colour too far. The violet/green/salmon sky is articicial looking, and the very distinctive red-orange of the actual Golden Gate has been thrown off as well... It's probably just me, but I'd have given it a 10 instead of a 9 if I felt better about these colours. Stunning shot. |

Rural Routeby bbutlerComment: Beautiful tonalities. I REALLY wish you'd squared up the verticals on the bridge itself, and let the post in the foreground lean. I hate that it's falling over to the left... |

...it's where it takes you...by MontereykiddoComment: That's a classic, alright. Used tolive a few miles upcoast from there. I wish you hadn't gone so far with the gren, I'd have loved this in more muted spectrum. Still a decent score from me. |

At the Blue Lagoonby GautiComment: At least this time I know it's NOT selectively desaturated. Pity you couldn't remove the little sign, it's a real eye'trap, but a very nice image... |

Under the Sagamoreby DArcy10Comment: HaHa... Glad to see I'm not the only one who visited the Sagamore. I ended up doing another, smaller bridge on Cape Cod. Nice shot. |

Peaceful Tuesday Morning Driveby cpurserComment: If it were possible to get low enough in this angle to show little or none of the road, the bridge also would separate from the stream and show more of a sense of "span", and I think that this change alone would produce an outstanding picture. As it is, the main problem is the way the road is resolutely tugging our eye out of where it ought to be lingering.
To prove what I'm saying, do a quick-and-dirty clone job and drag some forest over the road. See that I mean?
Nice shot, really. So close.
