The Crow in The Cemeteryby Shan2112Comment: Lots of lovely allegorical possibilities here. I do like the processing with the blue/black tone. Great composition/opportunism, but even better you knew what you were seeing and exactly how to capture and present it. 8 |

Dateby LevTComment: She gets no water, and the hard chair as well. Married, no question. Or possibly academic colleagues.
Delightful, whimsical photograph. |

Road K ing T emporary { Design }by messerschmittComment: Another of your beautiful anthropomorphic cars, Wil. This was the greatest era of car design. The cars in the 50's were wonderful caricatures of us, rather than today's cars which are copies of what ... amoebas? |

wintry walkby xtineComment: Hmmm ... I've looked again. Actually, more than once. I regret my 8; this was a 10. There's something enduring about it. It will still look this good when at least 450 of the shots that finished higher are mercifully forgotten. |

Poster Girlby mrmorrisComment: I love the humour of your street photographs, Mark. Hope people looking at this might as a result take a few minutes to rummage through your portfolio ... and enjoy some of the best street images on DPC. |

Moth in the Windowby stare_at_the_sunComment: Hope 557th place won't discourage you Caleb.
Remember this:
... when I told you not to change what you do?
Well, you have changed a bit, here and there, but not with this fabulous and absurdly underrated image. Instead of "This is a moth", which any plonker with a reasonable lens can do, you have done "What is a moth?"
It's brilliant. |

Lonelinessby PainielComment: 679th place! Believe me, that's actually a badge of honour here. Please do more really good stuff like this before you capitulate to DPC. |
