Keyboard of another eraby drake217Comment: Sweet image. Beautiful warm colors in the brass keys, and the wonderful lettering on the face of the typewriter. I wonder, however, if your name is "WERT". Interesting that you picked the only combination of keys that form a word. Good luck, I hope you do well. This is a great image! <8> |

Old Fashioned Wake Up Callby BlinksComment: Nice picture. I love the way you backlit the clocks. So much grey, but it looks so good. I like this one a lot. <8>. |

Typing Pool Veteransby crowmamaComment: Very good. Original idea. I love it. Nice image, and nice title. Where in the world did you find these guys? That brings back some memories as well. I like you composition, and the blown out background that keeps your eye focused right on the typing balls. Great job. Good luck! <8> |

Dry Towerby BlackDotComment: I remember my photography teacher don't use color unless the image needs it. To me, this image needs it. There is a lot of grey in this image and I can't help it think how wonderful this would have looked with the rusty ol' tower against a nice bright blue sky with a few puffy white clouds drifting by. It's a very nice image, but I truely think this would have been much stronger in color. <6> |

A Simpler Soundby kcumanComment: Outstanding image. My favorite and I've just looked through the batch quickly. Very nice composition. I love the items you've included in your image rather than a plain background. Colors are warm and soothing and bring back wonderful memories. This image gets my highest score. Congratulations and good luck. <10> |

Blue Collarby blurredvisionComment: Wow, you got robbed on this one dude. I'm learning that in order to do well at dpchallenge, it seems you have to have a dramatic sky in the background. That is such a shame. This was an outstanding shot, and should have finished much higher. Too many dramatic sky shots where the main subject is so much less interesting then this shot. Get em next time...! |

WORK HARDby H R VerryComment: Somehow this almost reminds me of the statue of Iowa Jima. Very nice silhouette against a beautiful and dramatic sky. <7> |
