Too much background light which pulls your eye away from the subject.

I don't know...where I live, we don't have that much sun coming in our windows at 4:23 in the morning...actually none at all.

good subject, but not ideal lighting

The brightness is to much from the window. Not only the guy having to wake up but I feel like throwing a blaket over my head and bashing the clock into silence. O and trust me nothing obsolete about needing 2 clock to wake up. Nice shot really.

The light from the window is too bright - over-powering the shot. Also out of focus foreground items is rarely a good idea, it just doesn't work well compositionally. I would suggest a curtain or sheet to difuse the window light and focus the camera on the FG clock - or remove it.

Nice picture. I love the way you backlit the clocks. So much grey, but it looks so good. I like this one a lot. <8>.
