(Angel of the North.) Englandby judojoeComment: For me as observer, the white line symbolizes the boundary of the physical world. Thought of that way, everything in the image is a projection out of the same thing, which transcends the limits of the physical.
IMHO, the inner border is an integral part of the image.

lincoln memorialby coralahnComment: I like this idea and I love the exposure of the facade of the monument. Too bad the statue is over exposed. I might have cut out a lot of the foreground, too. The blue of the sky is more interesting than the black. I like the silhouettes of the other people though. 5. |

In the Moonlightby andriComment: Nice catch. I think I would like it better if the moon were not so over exposed. That might give you more detail of the waves in the reflection as well as in the moon itself. |

(Angel of the North.) Englandby judojoeComment: I like this more the longer I look at it. I had never heard of the Angel of the North so I looked it up. Thanks for the picture and the education. 7. |

Secrets of the Confessionalby SammieComment: As tempting as the back lighted stain glass window is, what I find most interesting here is the way the light from the window falls on the confessional and relfects in the glass of the door. As it is the window seems over exposed and the interior under exposed. |

St. Joseph'sby DanSigComment: Nicely framed. I think I would like to see less of the sky. All that bright sky may be what is driving the building into under exposure. Maybe try a different time of day. |

Salt Lake Templeby dwterryComment: Nice framing and color. I think it could use more contrast, though. Maybe try a lower sensitivity setting so you get deeper shadows without loosing the light in the upper left. |

Close your eyes and think of Englandby glodaComment: This is simply the most powerful image I have seen in a long time.
I like the composition with the title. There are too many details to go into but the composition gives a sense that there is something missing while presenting a complete work. |

Two Peas in a Podby MattOComment: I like the lighting on the peas and it looks nice and sharp. I do find the white background distracting, though. |
