Septemberby BudComment: The water here is serene. A lens filter for the sky would have made a huge difference up there I think. Well centered, well balanced spatially. Nice. |

Aprilby scottwilsonComment: Great angle. Great cropping. Beautifully crisp and clear calendar photo. Slightly over-exposed? |

Decemberby kevrobertsonComment: Lovely shot. A little over exposed to theleft. Good idea not over cropping the people in the foreground - since they were there. This is bright and clear - the stuff calendars are made of :) |

Aprilby dsidwellComment: Excellent use of negative space giving the mountains a more "groudned" feel linking htem beautifully with the trees at earth level. Excellent exposure imo, perhaps a little too sharp on the mountains given their distance. Lovely. |

Davis Island 2004 - Novemberby tyt2000Comment: Very nice exposure. This photo clearly took care and attention. The horrizon seems rotated a little clockwise. Might be just the yatch mast causing the illusion. I'm very partial to these colours in nature and you've captured them wonderfully. 8. |

Novemberby bpickardComment: captures the seasonale theme very well. and draws me to be fascinated by the bird formation shape. Exposure and resulting gradient is nice. |

Novemberby eggvComment: Crop season well captured. But the crop itself needs to be higher imho. I might have tried to pull the focus on the fields rather than the buildings to highlight the crop fields and give a "work is done" feel to the blured buildings or something. Contrast seems a little unatural in the foreground perhaps. But good idea! |

Novemberby instepsComment: Nice shot. If other objects to the left would have allowed it, I think I'd prefer the crop to extend more left and a touch higher to balance angles and light somehow. |

Septemberby Mark of SRQComment: Hmmm. Some perpective might have been nice here to give the shadows more "meaning." It can be hard to capture shells on a beach in sunlight without over-exposing highly reflective shiny surfaces. There is little of that here though - well done. |
