Avocado treeby AndrewTOComment: Interesting photo, though it doesn't really show the use of desaturation. |

Emergency Shelterby tyrkinnComment: Great use of the desaturation. The shelter looks very much out of place and really brings focus to itself. |

liftby sixmacsComment: There's a slightly distracting halo at the underside of the hot air balloon. The composition is a little boring, though the camera angle is interesting. |

Being thereby jjbeguinComment: The grays could be improved. The grass looks washed out and oversharpened. Wonderful use of the desaturation though. It really brings focus to the old man. |

Center Exposureby KylieComment: The desaturation really has no effect on this photo because the colorized portion takes up so much of it. Nice focus though. |

Blue Eyes Cryingby NeuferlandComment: Emotional photo, but the eyes don't stand out very well. The shade of blue seem sto blend in with the grays. |

Yellow Screwdriverby PoobaComment: Nothing really pops out in the photo, which should be what the desaturation does. It's a decent close-up though. |

who is afraid of yellow bricks?by PhileineComment: It's a fun photo. I don't know if the colorized border helps or hinders. The grayed blocks could probably be a little more contrasting in shades. |

Battling the wavesby pitsamanComment: For some reason, the subject seems to be the gray waves in the foreground rather than the wind surfer in the back. This is probably because the blue sky and sails blend a little. |
