This one made me laugh. I like the paradoxon in the image, and the sarcasm of the title. I'd have preferre a tighter crop on the sign though, leaving just enough of the surrounding to suggest a park. Just next to where the ribbon (hey?!) ends.

Nice DOF. You might have cropped the horse's eyes away. Showing them makes me want to see the whole of its head. It distracts a bit from the main subject, which is of course the rider. I like the superiority in his face. Perhaps that's just because of the moustache. I don't want to hurt anyone, but did you notice that most dictators have mustaches?

You lost a lot of details by chosing such a smal file size. The referee doesn't suggest too much authority, as he's kneeling down. Usually they throne a bit over the players and put their nose into the air :)

Very nice textures, great depth of field. You met the challenge, too. I feel a tighter crop from the left would have been better. Cropping a bit off the right might have made the words PROSECUTED and IMPRISONMENT come put better.

Very nice interpretation of authority. I never thought about the laws of nature. I know you couldn't help that, but the light on the bottom on the right side doesn't fit into the composition. I don't like the dark backgound because the lens is dark too. But there's no other way to show the laser, except if you used some smoke. You might have used a cigarette. I don't want to encourage you to smoke, though!

Nice idea. You might have put the figures closest at hand a bit more to the side. And adding some more (yes, you'd need another set of figures) would have made the idea of a corridor leading to the king&queen even stronger. Nice idea though, how two figures can dominate a whole game.

This one would have worked better if there was a guard standing there. You know, like in Baywatch. The crop works fine for me. Perhaps some more saturation.

By chosing to capture her from below you wanted to show her dominant position. That's good. I think if the light came from below, too, that would have emphasized this impression.

What would my authority say to one more beer for me?

Yeah, this is funny. I guess that's your wife in the background? I like how you made her look as if she was your bad conscience. However the long exposure caused some heavy blur on you/your male model. The scenery isn't too interesting I must admit. There are too many details in the background which take the eye's attraction from the main subject. A pub would have been nicer as location. And that torchlight on the right hasn't got anything to do in there. It doesn't add to the picture.

This is a nice way to present authority and how to bypass it.
The shadows would have been better if they were behind the plastic, thus invisible.
