I think that blue makes a nice background for this shot. I think this shot would look cool too if the lighting was harsh and had dramatic shadows without loosing the nice blue background.

I really like the funky colors along with the great composition. I think sticking the corners of the two biggest frames just outside the shot looks better than keeping them in would.

I really like this shot a lot. The narrow tone range really highlights the droplets well. Very interesting subject. My only tiny suggestion is that maybe a deeper depth of field would have kept the bottom few droplets in sharper focus.

I like the contrast between the black background and the coins here, though i wonder if a little softer light would light them more evenly to eliminate the glare on some, and the darkness on others. Nice composition

Losing my Marbles

I think this idea is good. I like the shadows and tilt of the shot to give a nice diagonal from top left to bottom right. One thing I might suggest for improvement is to use a deeper depth of field so that the details of all the marbles can be shown. This current depth of field seems to blur out the closest and furthest marbles

I like the simple dominant green and black of this shot. The base add some interest to the bottom of the photo, and the shadows are not too harsh on the bamboo.

Great standout color agains the black background. Great details on the leaves as well. I think red-orange and black look good together.
