 Very foggy morning and saw a cool spiders web covered in water droplets.
Shot in raw and converted to tungsten WB, cropped and sharpened in photoshop. Had to crop tightly to acheive challenge title

A beautiful abstract. The light and shadow play and the lines leading from the edges to the center line of drops provide lots of visual interest, with the eye always being drawn back to the seven principle drops. This would be a lovely abstract print - you should be pleased with this effort!

Well you certainly found a way to meet the challenge. Reminds me of the riddle: "what is the lowest uninteresting number?" To whatever number is the response, the response of the riddle is "now isn't that interesting." Neverthe less, lovely composition and lighting. I do not know whether I would have liked to see the refractions in the drops more clearly or not.

I really like this shot a lot. The narrow tone range really highlights the droplets well. Very interesting subject. My only tiny suggestion is that maybe a deeper depth of field would have kept the bottom few droplets in sharper focus.

Great idea for a subject. The lighting is really great and the whole compostion of the droplets, not just the seven for your subject really makes this photo pleasant to look at.

This feels like a classic DPC ribbon to me. It has water, reflections, stark contrast, strong color and a good dynamic composition. Good focus and DOF. Hope it does well.

If you could have taken this one at an angle, from the right, to eliminate those drops above and below the main line, that may have been more prominent 7 drops...
