Amoreby PedroComment: Great! What if you had waited for the old guy in the background to move along? Then you would have had just the lovers and the statue. I hope your notes explain your sepia technique, it is the best! |

blue shawlby ursulaComment: Nice portrait - really shines with personality - Check the threads. there is one that talks about boosting the catchlight in the eyeballs which might improve this image. |

THE RED SOX WIN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!by mrsamsaComment: welll .....I have to give this a ten...just because I have been a ox fan for sooo long. My daughter's room mate and her brother were shot in Kemore after game 7 of the play offs. They were standing near the girl who was killed. He's been in the news alot - got shot in the face, hole in his cheek. |

St. Joseph Pier & Lighthouseby Spork99Comment: Pretty - I like the pinkish cast to the sky at the horizon, it goes well with the red roof. I like the hazy look and I LOVE the effect of the pier as a breakwater, smoothing the ripples to the right to get a lovely reflection. |

Hippo Blissby tputerComment: Ooooh so sweet! he looks so happy. like the composition, his smile is the center of attraction. then the line leads to his eye and ear - facing left is less dynamic, more restful than facing right. slow movement implied |

A Civil Fashionby drydocComment: Great Costume! i'm sure a dozen ppl have mentioned the non-period electrical wire. Why did you shoose that angle of the camera, looking down on the model? maybe it shows the skirt better. |
