No offense intended but if I may be honest this is a poor choice of DOF. Either it should be shallower and keep tha man a big blur or deeper and include the man in the focus. As it is he is irritatingly out of focus and he draws way too much attention relative to the hand and the ring. Anyway, I don´t dislike this shot at all, think it´s pretty good but for me personally the DOF doens´t work here, just my opinion though.

Not really all that keen on the post processing, more specifically the sharpening and the halo that appears around the head and neck but other than that, not bad at all.

Not bad but next time when you take an eye shot, try doing it outside on a sunny day, that will cause the iris to close down more and that way you get more colour and less black pupil. For the shot itself, neither bad nor good IMO, gave it a 5.

Framed a little bit too tightly for my taste, I don´t really appreciate the fact that you cut out both the front and the back of the tires and the top of the boy on the left but other than that I like this image, great tones and contrast and looks like it´s a very good moment you captured there. Good job.
