Walking my own wayby eirasiComment: Very nice, very fitting for this challenge but could also have been very good for "textures" |

Circa 1860's - Vintage Baseballby netdudeComment: No offense intended but this is a textbook example of a mediocre shot that could be very good with a blurred backround since the bacrkound doesn´t (in my humble opinion) add anything positve to the shot, only draws attention from the pitcher. On the plus side I like the composition although I would have preferred if you had taken a couple of steps to the left to get that building behind the pitcher out of the frame and you stopped the motion at a very interesting time. Gave it a 5 since it´s neiter bad nor good.

On Her Ownby ergoComment: Very nice, like the composition. However I don´t really care for the pink clouds, the colour of the sand and the sea are however very nice, if that tonal range would have been consistent in the whole image (it probably is, but the clouds at least appear pink to me) I would have given this shot the highest score so far this challenge and I have voted on almost half of it. Still very good in my books. |

Flying Soloby Prof_FateComment: Validated or not, I just don´t really care for the "look" of this image or what you did with it in post processing, just wanted to explain why I only gave it a 4. I would have rated it a 6 or even a 7 if the plane had been sharper and you would have had a clear deep blue sky in the backround, not this grayish haze. |

Breaking Freeby L1Comment: DOF too shallow for my taste, I would have liked to see the whole sentence "Petition for divorce" and the rings in focus but other than that, pretty good. I especially like the tones in the image. |

Indy Thinkerby fulgentComment: Hmmm... that dude looks suspiciously like Jay Leno :o)
Anyway, a nice Candid shot, above average in the challenge but it´s not blowing my socks off either, needs IMHO more even lighting across the face. Gave it a 7. |

Out And About Againby lshlesComment: Nice B/W, great skin tones and sharpness. However I can´t really make out what he/she is holding, is it a garden hose? |

Going My Wayby bucketComment: This shot is very nice but the fact that you cut off her feet is a real eyesore here and IMO is a BIG no no. Other than that, love this shot, very nice colours, contrast and DOF. |

Nature photographer by heidaComment: Nice use of a polarizer, too bad this challenge was with basic editing as those clouds could have been a killer with some dodge/burn but very very nice nevertheless. |
