I like the idea but not really executed well if you pardon me for saying so, just mainly what I dislike is the poor image quality. With these editing rules you could take a separate exposure of the flames and made sure you "froze" them better and got some texture in them. The girl then would have needed to be clearer for my taste and thirdly less grain/color noise in the door. Like I said, you got a good idea, just need better execution and you´r all set :)

I like it, don´t really care for the frame but didn´t let that affect my vote. Only thing is I would have liked to see MORE, I have a feeling this shot needs to be printed out big for one to really appreciate it, seeing it in low resolution web size doesn´t flatter it. 7

Sorry but not really digging the pp work on this one, whatever filter or effect you used to get that "grainy spotish" look, especially on the darker areas in the shot isn´t to my taste.

Ooooo, I really like this shot but kindof feel it, well, shoehorned into this challenge, well maybe it´s cause I have lived in Scandinavia all my life but this most definately is not a harsh environment to me. Eh, who cares, like the shot, gave it an 8, nice work.

Sorry, not digging the sky in this shot, strong artefacting or wierd spots that I honestly don´t care for. Composition is not bad but could be a lot better, a little too much foreground for my taste and nowhere really for the eyes to stop and rest.

Sorry but not really digging the fisheye effect on this shot, all I can say is I would have voted higher without it.

Well this is pretty disturbing but powerful so it at least go to me. Biggest qualm I have with it is the lack of image quality (mostly sharpness and coice of color scheme along with low contrast) but like I said, powerful.

Sorry but to me this is just an out of focus, blurry mess and nothing I find visually/aesthetically pleasing so I voted it a 3.

I really dig this shot, well composed and very mystical, makes me wish I was there (a little Floyd wordplay there, hehe). Normally I would have said more contrast as it is a bit flat but I think that would have taken away some of the mystery with this shot. Awesome work and went straight for my favorites.

Nice lighting but could have been better, I especially find the lack of lighting on the face to be the thing I wouldhave worked most on here. Also, the pose and probably choice of lens makes her right arm/elbow seem a bit big compared to the rest of her (wich I am 100% sure is not the case with this beautiful, well proportioned young lady) so I might want to suggest a slightly longer telephoto lens to even that out. Nice job anyway, got a 7 from me.
