Harsh winter. Feed the birds help them surviveby rosiehallComment: Well not a bad shot at all, silhouette is good and all that but what I would want to suggest is the composition, way too centered for my taste and that little peg of branch in the lower right corner kindof steals my attention. 5 |

Into the Fogby aberrationComment: Normally I would have said this image lacked contrast as it´s very flat but I think that actually works with this one, nicely composed and I like the tones in it. 7 |

CD Burner = Laptop + Microwaveby krglComment: Well, what I am looking for in challenges is something visually striking or beautiful and this really isn´t it to me, editing is ok except I would have wanted to see some texture to the flames, not that out of focus blown mess that is now as they really overpowers the shot (for example I would never have figured out that was a laptop without the title) 4 from me. |

Air Travelby vtruanComment: Well certainly meets the challenge but this isn´t a photograph that appeals to me much, just simply because I don´t find it particularly interesting, I mean it´s basically just two white lines on a blue backround when you get down to it. |

Frozenby mediamstComment: Not bad, I like the low saturation of this shot and the effort behind it but I would have liked it a whole lot better if it weren´t so flat, contrast wise. |

Sun Riseby romiComment: Sorry but I don´t really enjoy these type of photos of the sun, I look more for photos that arent so completely blown out and have some detail and texture in them, I also think that the color noise in the sky and cloud are a bit strong for my taste, like you went totally overboard when boosting the saturation. Voted a 3 on this as it at least meets the challenge, sort of, in my book. |

Waste Landsby GiorgioComment: I like this one, the atmosphere is very "post nuclear war" I really like the color tones in it. I do find the texture on the sky from what I assume is a cracked wall to be a little bit drawing too much attention on it, I personally would have had it a little less obvious, like with a lower opacity on that layer but nothing that is really bothering me. 8 from me, nice work. |

Cold Berryby denileighComment: I think I would have liked this shot with a cooler white balance, at least as far as the backround goes don´t really care for the yellowish hue it has, a more bluish tones in it would definately give off the illusion of it being more cold. |

Below the Surfaceby CutterComment: I am sorry but this shot just gives me slight vertigo from looking at it and I find it unpleasant aesthetically so I just hit the "5" button and moved on, I even went so far to scroll down to write this comment. |

Bone Yardby xianartComment: I bet this would look phenomenal in BIG print like 2-3 meters high up on a wall but presented like this, in small websize resolution it just doesn´t work for me as dramatically as it might up on a wall. Courageous effort though, two thumbs up for that. |
