This seems like an oversharpened normal long exposure shot. Nice hues and light forms, but i don't think it associates with impressionism in my mind.

Even if it's not, it looks photoshopped. All the motion blur lines are just too perfectly straight, for one.

Not quite Monet, but looks nice. Perhaps if this was done in very subtle pastel tones, as opposed to that in-your-face blue, it would have been a lot more appealing. 8 as it is. Edit: on second thought, a longer exposure time with deeper dof would probably increase the effect, yet make it a little softer, because of more vibrations. I presume this was a hand-held shot.

I like this, but it does not convey heroism to me. Also, in my opinion it would have been much better in just black and white, given the fact that is properly exposed and well done techncially. Selective desat adds a cheesy and cheap kind of look to it...

This town, and the picture, seem to be missing someone alive in it... As it is it's just a bunch of buildings... if there were some people present - that would have been a totally different photo.
