Daisy chainby marboComment: That's well done. Almost looks more like an illustration than a photograph. Very creative. 8 Journey |

Beach Floraby MiekaComment: Wow, an interesting shot. Lots of things of interest here (love that burred surf), the picture is nevertheless harmonious and unified. Great colors. 8 Journey |

Cactus Bloom, Sonoran Desertby kirbicComment: The needles are in focus but the flower is not. Since their flowering is rather the unusual feature and presumably the main subject of the picture here, the oof is unfortunate. Good colors, underexposed at the bottom. 6 Journey |

Spring Surprise - where's my red tulips?by BJComment: As a gardener, i can relate to your title :) The top surprise tulip is nice. The overall lighting is rather uneven causing the washed out leaves in the lower left. 5 Journey |

Song of the Desertby GringoComment: This is so lovely. One might object that the cacti are too dark and underexposed but i find their darker shapes just intriguing and a perfect foil for the hot pink flowers. 10 Journey |

Gossipingby KonadorComment: I really like this. Those colors are intense, yet it works and you were able to hold i together. 8 Journey |

Desert Bloomsby TerryGeeComment: I really like this. Particularly due to the vivid fuchsia-pink of the flowers and the muted colors of everything else. To me, it seems though that the focus is on the cactus right beyond the front flower rather than on the center of the front flower and 'my eye has a bit of a problem accepting that'. 8 Journey |
