Hayden Valleyby GallatinComment: Pretty scene, I like the fashion in which the river winds throughout the image, leading the eye through the landscape. |

Butterfly In the Parkby GBServisComment: Very pretty butterfly - good job getting close enough to get this, I've found they tend to be skittish little critters. As for the image itself - I'd like it a little better if the tips of the wings and the butterly's head were fully in focus - you've got the middle of it really crisp, but it falls away a littl at the edges. A little saturation/contrast bump probably wouldn't have hurt your chances either. 6. |

Grandma's Farm Revisted 20 Years Laterby annasenseComment: INteresting subject, the black and white was the righht choice for this image. The composition is perhaps a little staightforward for this to really leap out at you, but still, a solid entry. |

On the forest edgeby camelotnorthComment: Beautiful animal - though there are a little too many obstructions in the foreground for this to work as you no doubt envisaged. 6. |

Contemplationby SunnieeComment: Nice simple shot. Technically spot on. Doesn't quite jump out at me, but there is little to fault about this one. I think you have chosen just the right proportions of sand, sky and ocean to include here. |

Quiet Solitudeby khkaiComment: Good work! Really like the spia tones and the rays of light in the background are particularly effective (even if the doorways are slightly blown out). 7. |

I'm all eyes..by docpjvComment: Nice and simple, very sharp. I like the composition/crop here. Having just the head in the frame works well. |

Pure Joyby AmiYuyComment: I like this portrait, nice lighting and a good catch. I don't think it really embodies pure job - he looks more quizzical to me - sort of smiling in spite of his concern.
Whatever the emotion he is demonstrating this remains a very nice portrait. |
