I like the vignette effect; a bit more sepia tone would have been beneficial, of course that's a matter of opinion!
Could you have emphasized the clouds by adjusting color channels?

Beautiful focus, good exposure. Could benefit from polarizer (darken sky). Sun is in ideal position for maximum polarization effect.
I might have brought in just a bit less sky if adding more foreground would not result in intrusion of unwanted clutter.
All in all, beautiful.

Nearly perfect exposure 7 contrast, sharp focus. Nice sky (polarizer, I presume). The understated text works well for me. An excellent image.
Did you consider any alternative framing/cropping? I don't know what's out-of-frame, so I'm hesitant to suggest it could be better...
wish I had this kind of weather for my submission!
