Basic Portrait of a Coupleby JB707Comment: I like the pose and the choice of B+W, don't care for the sunglasses, it would be nice to see her eyes. Not completely sure about the tree behind him, perhaps a bit more physical separation to throw it a bit more OOF. |

Good exposure; light from front could be softer, the sharp shadows of the hat and of the flower against her wrist are a bit distracting.. It could benefit from levels (bring in white point) & a slight contrast boost. |

My reason for living...by tp-fcpComment: Nicely lit, good composition. Would benefit from a little light from overhead on the hair to separate him from the background. Dod you use NeatImage? It looks like it was over-applied, the skin has a too-smooth look typical of an over-NeatImaged image. |

You really have a photo with great potential here. You need to bring in the black and white points (levels) and tweak contrast a bit. You could sharpen just a bit more after the resize as well. |
