Comfortingby DianaBComment: It's Woody! Great to see him in this challenge as well... :-). I like tihs pose for him, and the bear is cute as well. The light is a little bit harsh for woody's shiny skin, a diffuser or some kind would make this an 8 for me. 7 as it is.. Well done. |

"You won't feel a thing........."by 2thDocComment: " or make the viewer feel your subject" ARGH! Great interpretation of the challenge, I'm not quite sure where your focus point is, but none the less I'm feeling this one for sure. 8 |

Sticky Situation by dsa157Comment: Neat! To me this almost looks like two phtos, the girls portrait, and someone elses hands with the sticky stuff on them in front... I hope you got a photo of the girl without the stick stuff in front... With this lighting it'd make a really nice 'moody' portrait. Capturing the eye looking through the threads of goop is great, and she is showing no emotion towards the sticky stuff.. There appears to be a bit of motion blur or out of focus on her left hand, but that's only minor, on the whole a great photo.. 8 for me. |

The Pleasure in Painby DarkRiderComment: This is a really interesting image to find on this site... I'll be very interested to se how it does! And even more interested to see if it's a guy or girl who submitted it. :-).
The horizontan line in the background is a little distracting, and I think I would have liked to see the chaps elbows, but your lighting is good, and the focus is fine. 7 |

A Baby's Touch by MattBComment: What a great photo for the family album... Well lit, although I would have liked a little bit of fill light from the front.. 8 |

Back-Lightby ScreechingtonComment: Yes! I didn't enter in the end, but I was sooo tempted to take a back light photo.. :-). And you've captured a back-lit back light. Clever pose, B&W + noise/grain give this a nice artsy feel. 7 |

Red Tube Topby giegaComment: I find the black across the top of frame a little distracting, would have prefered a fade to grey.. The shot is well composed, and the valve takes up jsut the right amount of the image for a solid 1/3rds layout. 7 |

Mannequin's Debateby PerezDesignGroupComment: ARRRGGGHHHHH! It's Woody again! :-). A pair of well lit woody's though... I would have been taking the stands off them, they look a little odd with the bit of wire, well, you know... The wire lasted about 5 minutes on the two I got a while ago. 6 |

Congenial Canineby luv2photoComment: Neat pet-shot.. A bit of ight in the eyes would make this so much better.. A bit of low level fill flash if your camera can, or a mirror if not... Well caught. 6 |
