It's cute. She's got a great expression (cute little mouth!) and is looking right at the camera for you.

I think it might be a stronger image if the pink glasses were shifted a bit to the right, following the rule of thirds. If you'd just turned the camera slightly to the left you could have included the baby's right hand in the frame, but left off the empty space on the baby's left. And then the glasses, the photo's focus, then would've been towards the top right corner. Just my suggestion. :)

I'm confused by this one. That red kite-shaped neon thing looks strangly out of place but I can't figure out what it is to begin with.

Looks it was taken through a car window giving a snap-shot feel. Don't like that power line that runs right through the center of the image.
