Oh that's really cute! Nice pose for the birds! I agree about the border. I don't mind borders, but usually prefer just black or white so they don't pull the eye out to the edge.

I bet this is getting a lot of unfair votes, like cat photos always do. I like it though. I'd probably spot edit the little specks of dust out of his fur, and maybe try to darken the black a little bit. But it's cute -- the curious personality of the cat is nice, and I like the way the curtains and cat break the frame up into thirds.
