What a lovely faucet. Colors and shallow DOF are great. I do find myself wishing just a little bit more of it were in focus, but still a really nice shot.

Ahh, I'm a little slow, but I see a theme emerging. You've got lots of good material (no pun intended). I'm scouring my whole house for subject matter and it looks like you've got a sewing box full. I like the diagonal composition on this one.

This didn't scream "granular" to me but I gave it an 8, because I love the color and detail. I actually looked at it for a long time just following the little trails. It reminds me of the layout for a subdivision.

I was ambivalent about the circle, but ended up liking it because it gives the feeling of intimacy; as though I am viewing the image through some sort of scope. If I was drunk when I voted, then I probably gave it a 10 and then reduced it to an 8 the next day:)

It's funny how this one and yesterday's are so similar. Its almost a "double take" situation.

This one is the better of the two, IMHO. Detail, contrast and texture are excellent. I really like how the spout fades off into the corner. I'm not crazy about how the round part is cropped at left side; but overall this is a super shot!
