As an aviation buff, this picture scores brownie points with me ;)
I like the detail on the tower's gauges and binoculars where even the scraches are visible. Color tone and composition is good also. However, the DOF doe not appear as deep as it should be with the aircraft appearing blurry and lacking detail. But nice picture nonetheless.

Good angle and detail. I think the photo would have been better if the sky was more dramatic as shapes and detail are lost in high-altitude cirrus clouds like the ones shown here.

Great shapes and textures throughout. The detail in the foliage and clouds is fantastic. The only thing I found distracting in this shot is the apparent graininess, especially in the sky.

Great composition and vanishing point. The only thing that distracted me was the horizon looks slightly skewed CCW and the color pallete seems to be lacking in blue/green saturation.

Good point of view and use of lines and angles. IMHO I think a slower shutter speed to expose more detail and emphasize the motion of the people may have helped? Also, the part of the ledge/railing on the bottom left is somewhat distracting. Nice picture nonetheless.

Turbulent Waves

The composition, b&w, and subject make this very dramatic. I like the shutter speed used to freeze the waves and splashes... really emphasizes the title. I give an 8

Spectators

I like this photo because of the subject and composition IMHO. I think it would have been better if the birds made up more of the composition and were zoomed closer, even if that meant losing some of the balloons in the shot. This would have brought out more detail in the birds and emphasized the deep DOF.
