I love Gray's! The photo looks a lot like a snapshot, however. A capture with the bird looking at the camera might have been more interesting. The flash reflection on the blue key is a bit distracting as well.

Nice and sharp. Great flight shot. The contrasts seem a bit harsh and I am kind of bothered by the shadows(?) and hard lines on the wings

A wider aperture might help blur the background more to make it less distracting from the subject. Having the bird's eye at the far left of the photo leads the viewer's eye out of the photo rather than into it.

Unfortunately the subjects are too small in this shot and also look out of focus or blurred from camera shake. My recommendation would be to get closer or get a longer lens or zoom.
