Dreams of Pink Petalsby jenesisComment: This is a truly stunning image, reminiscent of a Monet masterpiece. I would be proud to have an image of this quality adorn the walls of my home. I most certainly hope that the viewers will recognize this for the masterpiece it is and reward you accordingly. A 10 from me. |

Yoda-Layee-Yoda-Layee-Yoda-Layee-Whoooo!!!by chip_kComment: Thank you ever so much for bringing a laugh to my day. I enjoyed this so much I shared it with friend. Good focus and composition, but the image could be a tad sharper. Very nice capture, and here's hoping it does well. |

Sunset on the Plainby AlexSaberiComment: I sure hope for your sake that the majority of voters have calibrated monitors. It would be a shame to see your score suffer because they may have missed the presence of the cats. I love the misty look to this image... well done. |

Funny how differently two people can view something. TooCool finds that the motion blur detracts from the rest of the image, whereas I find that it is a definite plus since the blur denotes the speed of the "fast food".
Well done.

Pick me! Pick me!by BradComment: You have managed to make an inanimate object come to life.
The clarity of this image, the vibrant colours and DOF are all factors which should help you reach that elusive first page of the Challenge results. The very best of luck to you. |

IMG_3068-Edit.jpgby MatthewComment: A very clear, crisp image that absolutely screams SPEED. I really like the manner in which you framed this and am particularly fond of the colour variances.
As a personal preference, I do believe I would have cropped out that portion at the upper left corner as I find it both a distraction, and a "contre-temps" to the harmony of colours that exist in the remainder of the image.
Nicely done.

get luckyby AliciaComment: I find the lighting in this image quite harsh and the the focus seems a tad off. The smudge on the lower left hand side of the image, and the specks on the lower right detract from the overall quality of this image.
Also, considering the reddish hue of the apparatus on display, you might have been better served to use a backdrop of a different colour to accentuate the subject of your image.
I do admire your fortitude for displaying an image of this type, but I do fear that some of the more conservative elements will penalize you with their score.
Best of luck to you. |
